You didn't fail your diets — you were missing information

If you've tried diet after diet and your body just "doesn't respond," let us say this up front: it isn't your fault. Most of the time it isn't a willpower problem — it's an information problem. And you can never solve a problem you don't understand.

At NaturalSlim® we start from a simple idea: the body is like an engine, and food is the fuel. Give that engine the fuel it asks for, in the right proportion, and everything runs better. That's where it all begins — and it begins by learning to classify what you eat.

Eating well isn't the same as "a diet"

Many people think "nutrition" and "a diet" are the same thing. They're not. Nutrition is a much wider subject, and understanding it is what changes the rules of the game.

Here's a detail almost nobody takes into account: the way of eating that works for one person may not work for another. Some people feel heavy after dairy; others aren't affected at all. A big part of this comes down to your metabolism type:

  • Excited metabolism
  • Passive metabolism

Do you know which one is yours? It's the first piece of the puzzle, and knowing it completely changes how you should eat.

The key: Type A foods and Type E foods

One of the most useful tools we teach at NaturalSlim® is to classify foods into two simple groups: Type A and Type E. It's the foundation of the Dieta 3x1®.

Type A foods are the friends of your metabolism — the ones that "help you slim down." For example:

  • Proteins: chicken, beef, fish, turkey, seafood.
  • Vegetables: spinach, broccoli, lettuce, watercress, carrot, aubergine, kale, cauliflower, radish.
  • Nuts: almonds, cashews, pistachios.
  • Good fats: butter, avocado, olive oil, coconut oil.
  • Dairy and alternatives: cheeses, almond or coconut drink, yoghurt, kefir.
  • Fruit: green apple, strawberries, lemon.
  • Drinks: water, sparkling water, coffee, unsweetened tea.

Type E foods are the ones that "lead to weight gain" — the ones worth eating in smaller measure. For example:

  • Sweet fruit: papaya, pineapple, mango, pear, orange, mandarin, melon, watermelon.
  • Carbohydrates: oats, quinoa, beans, chickpeas, corn, lentils.
  • Refined carbohydrates: pasta, rice, bread, tortilla, cakes, desserts.
  • Dairy: cow's milk.
  • Sugar: chocolate, refined sugar.
  • Sugary drinks: fruit juice, soft drinks, milkshakes.

The Dieta 3x1®: a lifestyle, not a diet

Here's the part that surprises people most: classifying foods into Type A and Type E does not mean you can never have a Type E food again. There are no forbidden foods. What changes is the proportion.

The Dieta 3x1® means dividing your plate into four parts: three quarters Type A foods and one quarter Type E foods. For example:

  • 1 portion of protein (beef, chicken, turkey, fish or seafood)
  • 1 portion of salad
  • 1 portion of your favourite vegetable
  • 1 Type E portion — from a natural carbohydrate like oats to your favourite dessert

That's why it isn't just another diet: it's a lifestyle you can keep for good, without going hungry and without feeling punished. As long as you respect that proportion, the Dieta 3x1® does its work.

Adjust it to your metabolism type

There's one last important nuance, and it ties everything together: within the Dieta 3x1®, it's worth adjusting your choices to your metabolism.

  • Those with an excited metabolism usually feel better with less fat and more vegetables, salads and lean proteins like chicken, turkey or fish.
  • Those with a passive metabolism usually need a bit more fat and red meat, such as butter or beef.

This is why we insist on it so much: there's no single "right" way of eating for everyone. There's the right way for you.

Knowledge is power — and the first step is free
